General-rules of running of our machine Cem 4 are below : 1.Rotary
table : It enables the machine to stop faultlessly with Rotary
table indexer. Rotary table speed is adjustable by force of driver
which being placed on Electrical panelboard.2.Cup dropping station
: All kinds of cups are dropped without any fault by force of
fingernail-system
3. Filling station :The machine has two kinds of filling system
*For Liquids : Some stuffs that can be filled are thus : water ,
fruit juice , buttermilk , Jelly , and so on..
*For low-liquidness : This machine has pomp system for this kind of
liquids. And some of metarials that can be filled are thus : water
, cordial , buttermilk jelley , creamcheese , ketchup , mayonnaise
, chocolate and so on...4. Placing lid station : Lids which were
arranged on magazine by using vacuum , are placed over
cups.5.Sealing : Lid is enabled to adhere to cup by applying
heat6.Dating : The machine enables to date on lids by using ink.
Numeration-system provides accurate date by force of being
changed.7.Final outlet : Conveyor , about two-metre length , can
provide final outlet system to accelerate and
decelerate.8.Electrical tableau : All kinds of possible faults can
be controled by using PLC touch-sensitive-screen
*In case of shortage of air the machine stops running and give
error message about that problem
* f any case of no-existance of cups or cups do not drop to holes a
warning message will appear on the screen
*Grama-settings can be made on touch-sensitive-screen according to
size of cups. In case of no-existence of product again a warning
message will appear on screen.
*If the machine does not put lids or lids go short again a warning
message will appear.
*Resistance on the head of adhesion is controled with PID
thermostat.
*If pnomatic pistons do not work on time , the machine stop running
and again a warning message will appear on the screen about that
problem.
*Hooters on the electrical tableau give a warning message in case
of any emergency.9.Pnomatic : Valves on the machine are kept apart
from main system in another room on machine. And by force of
special silencers prevente to make so much noise.10.Chassis :
Machine is surrounded with plexglass and machine has stoper leg and
wheels.
Guaranty : Our machine is under guaranty for a year.Place of
delivery : Place of delivery is Istanbul. Soon after our products
have reached to customer , will be worked by our technical team and
will be given an short education about that machine. Our technical
teams accomodation and travelling costs belong to customer. It is
not asked any extra payment for getting machine started and
education.
